Summer Trolley Show

I was able to watch the Summer Trolley Show last week at Magic Kingdom. It was very good, like all the trolley shows and I really liked their outfits.

Rainy Day Character Cavalcade

I had the opportunity to see the Rainy Day Character Cavalcade for the first time the other day. It was short but cute. It's nice that they're able to do something while it's raining and the Celebrate A Dream Come True parade can't run. I loved how excited Ariel got when she spotted me. She waved, posed, and blew me a kiss. I just wish I was able to get some better pictures of her.

Long Lost Friends 2

Long Lost Friends 2 is taking place at Magic Kingdom from July 15 - July 21. The characters are all located in Town Square and they appear from opening until around 4:00. They come out for twenty minutes and then go in for ten, which is an improvement from last time when they were out for thirty and in for thirty. Just like last time, none of the characters are signing autographs. Instead, you get cards at each location that have their autographs on them. However, you can only get a card if you're on line to meet the characters.

I had heard that the lines weren't nearly as bad as they were at the last Long Lost Friends. I found that to be true but they were longer than what had been reported for the first two days. The longest line was for the Robin Hood characters, the second longest was for the Br'ers, the third longest was for Dr. Facilier and Louis, and the shortest was for Chicken Little and Abby Mallard. The line for the Chicken Little and Abby Mallard location was the shortest when it was just Abby meeting, which happened a few times throughout the day.

I met Chicken Little with Abby Mallard twice, just Abby Mallard once, the Br'ers twice, the Robin Hood characters once, Dr. Facilier and Louis once and then I went back to get a picture with just Louis.

Day Report 40 - Magic Kingdom - September 2012

I arrived at opening and watched the opening ceremony.


It was rumored that Pete's Silly Sideshow would be soft opening today but unfortunately it wasn't. I took some pictures of the newly open Big Top Souvenirs and the new area outside.

Day Report 39 - Animal Kingdom - September 2012

I arrived at opening and headed straight to Kilimanjaro Safari. I grabbed a fastpass and then I got on line. The line was all the way back to the entrance but the wait wasn't long at all. When I got off, it was time to use my fastpass, so I rode again.
