Day Report 42 - Magic Kingdom - October 2012

Not knowing that the park opened at 8:00, I arrived a little before 9:00 and I headed straight to New Fantasyland. I took some pictures and then rode Under The Sea - Journey of the Little Mermaid for the first time and I was so happy and excited that I actually cried.

Day Report 41 - Magic Kingdom - October 2012

I got to the TTC but they were only letting in resort guests for EMH. We had to wait a while before they let us in and then I boarded the ferry. I got to MK around 9:00. I headed straight to Pete's Silly Sideshow. I went to meet Daisy and Minnie first and then went to meet Goofy and Donald.

Day Report 40 - Magic Kingdom - September 2012

I arrived at opening and watched the opening ceremony.

It was rumored that Pete's Silly Sideshow would be soft opening today but unfortunately it wasn't. I took some pictures of the newly open Big Top Souvenirs and the new area outside.

Limited Time Magic - True Love Week

True Love Week is taking place at Magic Kingdom from February 11-17. There weren't really any decorations around the park. The only things they added were some decorations in the Princess/Prince Queue, wreaths behind the characters, and a True Love banner at the park entrance.

I came up with a pretty good plan to meet the characters. I was surprised at how well it worked. I headed straight to Town Square Theater at park opening. I was in and out in about fifteen minutes. Next, I went to meet Snow White and The Prince at 9:20. I then went to Liberty Square to meet Tiana and Naveen and I got there just as they came out for their 9:30 set. I went to Fantasyland and waited a few minutes to meet Mary and Bert, then I went and met Aladdin and Jasmine and that was the longest line I waited in. I met Mary and Bert again later in the day and I met Mickey and Minnie on my way out and they had no wait.
